Rady Innovation Fellows

Commercialize your breakthrough research, technology, product or business model.

The California Institute for Innovation and Development (CIID) provides business assistance to UC San Diego faculty and students interested in commercializing their breakthrough and transformative research, technologies, products and new business models, via the Rady Innovation Fellows program.

The Support You Need

This program deploys teams of MBA students on demand to support commercialization of new technologies and assist entrepreneurial researchers as well as companies in various stages of development from idea/technology evaluation, startup company formation to providing assistance with product development and expansion.

Help available throughout California

Rady Innovation Fellows also provide support and business assistance to technology acceleration and commercialization programs at other UC campuses and universities in the Southern California region. Rady Innovation Fellows work under the direction of experienced business advisors and mentors.
