Spurring Creativity in times of Crisis

About the Program

Companies value creative output. Whether your goal is to survive, compete or flourish, boosting innovation and creativity will enable your company to meet its goals. Learn how to get more out of your employees and current resources to increase output simply and quickly. Such skills are helpful to any organization, but for those companies in crisis, they are essential.

This course utilizes stimulating exercises, case studies and a quick overview of relevant research.  Learn the small tweaks in your company’s procedures that can quickly boost creative output in your employees — all the way from the stock room to the board room. Learn simple techniques that will dramatically increase the number of new, constructive ideas you depend on to survive, compete and flourish. Learn how to boost innovation almost immediately by making simple changes in the way your run meetings, the way you structure tasks and goals, how you arrange your space, how you structure suggestion systems, how you provide feedback and how you train staff.

Course runs from 7:45am–12pm. Registration fee includes course materials, campus parking and continental breakfast.
