Virtual Teams

About the Program

As emerging technologies feed an increasingly globalized world, corporate teams are more commonly operating virtually. Managing and working within a team that has limited face-to-face contact can be very successful and cost effective. However, operating virtually presents a company with a set of unique challenges that stem from characteristics of the situation and the environment. Virtual teams must overcome challenges set by distance, technology and time. Managing Successful Virtual Teams will provide solutions for you and your company to overcome these challenges and bring your organization to new heights of success.

This course is appropriate for any executive or manager operating within or overseeing a virtual team.

Course runs from 7:45 a.m.–12:00 p.m.. Registration fee includes course materials, campus parking and continental breakfast.
