The Corporate Education Affiliates (CEA) program, established by the Rady Center for Executive Development, is dedicated to serving the San Diego community. Membership is for local businesses or organizations looking for leadership–development opportunities.

Membership is free and you will receive a 15 percent discount on all services at the Center for Executive Development. This benefit includes half-day courses, extended courses, custom programs and leadership–assessment services. 

Members receive emails about upcoming courses and a personalized discount code (discount codes are only valid for participants within the member’s organization).
