Ron Bernstein is associate director and CFO of the Beyster Institute. Mr. Bernstein has counseled hundreds of companies in all stages of development on structuring employee ownership programs. Through his leadership of the organization's conferences, seminars and consultations, Bernstein has gained a national reputation as an authority on employee ownership and associated human relations areas of participative management, improved workplace performance and incentive systems.
Prior to joining the organization, Bernstein worked for Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) as a senior tax accountant and manager of SAIC's retirement programs. Bernstein holds a B.A. in accounting from Michigan State University and a master's in taxation from Golden State University.
