Program Overview
Do you have a great idea, but need to research, plan and get a crash course in business to make it work? Maybe youve already launched a company and need guidance in planning for strategic growth so it can realize its full potential. In either case, our Venture Development Series offers an invaluable way to help you structure and meet your goals by taking advantage of the expertise of a world-class university and veteran entrepreneurs from the San Diego area. Through peer learning, expert-led training, one-on-one coaching and insights from successful entrepreneurs, this series equips you with the knowledge and skills needed to lead your business idea or your young company toward market success.
The Center for Executive Development and the Entrepreneur Development Program at the Rady School of Management, UC San Diego are joining forces to offer this series, which consists of a pair of programs, each meeting for eleven evening sessions. New Venture helps aspiring entrepreneurs define their product or service concept and develop a plan for funding and launching the business, while Growth Venture helps entrepreneurs plan for the growth phase of their established company.
The series utilizes FastTrac® NewVenture™ and GrowthVenture™, an award-winning, comprehensive package of entrepreneurship training materials developed by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation. Over 300,000 entrepreneurs worldwide have already found success through the proven, practical benefits of FastTrac programs. Let the Rady School help you find that same success.
