Professor of Economics & Strategy
Uri Gneezy received his Ph.D. from the Center for Economic Research in Tilburg. His research, teaching, and consulting interests are in behavioral economics, strategy and negotiation. His work brings psychological elements into the study of economic interactions.
Dr. Gneezy’s main focus is on the effect of incentives on behavior of individuals and markets. He also studies gender differences, discrimination and ethics. Before joining the Rady School, Professor Gneezy was a faculty member at the University of Chicago, Technion and Haifa.
