Faculty Recruiting

The Rady School of Management (http://rady.ucsd.edu) at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) is committed to academic excellence and diversity within the faculty, staff and student body.  The Rady School invites applications for faculty positions at the assistant, associate, and full professor levels.

Preference will be given to experienced applicants with distinguished scholarly records and demonstrated teaching expertise with graduate students and executives. In addition to having demonstrated the highest standards of scholarship and professional activity, the ideal candidate will have strong demonstrated accomplishments in areas contributing to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and a desire to play a leadership role in advancing UC San Diego’s commitment to achieving excellence and diversity.  Applicants must have a Ph.D. or will be working towards a Ph.D. by the start date of the new academic year.  Associate-level candidates must show evidence of a strong research record in their specialization, while candidates for senior rank must demonstrate a continuing publication record in leading journals.

Salary and appointment level are dependent on experience and based on University of California pay scales. The positions are expected to have a start date of July 1, 2014.

Applicants are asked to submit a detailed curriculum vita, a statement of research, relevant publications, and a diversity statement summarizing their contribution, or potential for contribution, to diversity and leadership.
