The Rady School invites applications for temporary lecturers from a broad range of business subjects including, but not limited to, accounting, marketing, project management, supply chain, finance, ethics and innovation to teach courses in our MBA, Masters of Finance, and Undergraduate programs. Appointments will likely be part-time, and possibly full-time, from one quarter up to one year’s duration. Many positions may be renewable. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field. Preferred candidates will have experience or a willingness to participate in teaching, mentoring, research or service towards building an equitable and diverse scholarly environment. Preference will be given to experienced applicants with a graduate degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field, teaching experience, and subject matter expertise typically obtained through practical business experience.

Salary and appointment level are dependent on experience and based on University of California pay scales.

Assistant Professor of Business Analytics with Expertise in Economics and Strategy, Finance, Innovation, Technology and Operations, Management or Marketing

The Rady School invites applications for one or more faculty position at the assistant professor level (tenure-track) in the field of business analytics with expertise in economics and strategy, finance, innovation, technology and operations, management or marketing. Candidates must have a Ph.D. or be working toward completion of a Ph.D. by the start date of the new academic year (July 2016). This faculty position aims to support activities at Rady related to the Master of Science in Business Analytics program, an analytics center for research, education, and industry collaboration. Preference will be given to candidates with emerging scholarly records whose research interests intersect well with Rady’s business analytics initiatives. Assistant Adjunct Professor of Finance (JPF01067)

The Rady School of Management at UC San Diego is committed to academic excellence and diversity within the faculty, staff and student body. The Rady School invites applications from outstanding candidates for a two-year appointment as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Finance faculty appointment. Applicants must have a PhD conferred by June 30, 2016. Preference will be given to applicants with demonstrated teaching experience with graduate students and executives, as well as an emerging scholarly record and service experience.

The Rady School of Management provides excellent opportunities for teaching and other academic interests with time dedicated to teaching and scholarly activity at one of the nation's top-ranked and most academically productive business schools in the nation. The successful candidate will play a leadership role in advancing UC San Diego's commitment to achieving excellence and diversity in a scholarly environment through teaching, lecturing, and performing research training of graduate students in the finance field.
