Single Point of Contact

MBA Career Connections offers a single point of contact for organizations interested in recruiting and hiring Rady MBAs. Career Connection works with the Rady School”s Full-Time and FlexMBA students. Full-Time MBAs seek internships during the summer between their first two years. Both Full-Time and some FlexMBA students seek career opportunities upon graduation. Part-time internships or projects during the academic year may also be of interest to students. MBA Career Connections also provides Rady MBA alumni with online job postings.

Promote Your Company

Connecting with student clubs, holding company tours and participating in a panel discussion or recruiting event are ways you can create visibility among MBAs. Career Connections will work with you to develop a strategy that fits your company’s needs.

Recruit on Campus

Connect with students and present career opportunities by holding a Corporate Connections Presentation. Presentations for companies interested in recruiting Full-Time MBAs for career positions are in October, November and January through April. The MBA Career Connections Team will promote your event, schedule a visit, assign a student ambassador and provide access to student resumes prior to your visit.

Participate in a Career Fair

The Rady School offers several annual opportunities to participate in career fairs for students interested in both full-time and internship opportunities. For more information, please visit the recruiting events page.

Review Student Resumes

Our online resume database makes connecting with both Full-Time and Flex MBAs easy and effective.  Or, if you prefer, send us your job description and we will search our resume database for MBAs who fit your requirements.

We also compile resumes annually from students interested in full-time positions and summer internships.

Access Professional Talent

You can post jobs and internships for review by interested students and alumni on RadyLink. On-campus Interviewing can then be arranged by MBA Career Connections. You can also review candidate resumes or post internship and career opportunities at http://radylink.ucsd.edu.
