Gerard Banales

Associate Director of Graduate Recruitment & Admissions, Full-time MBA Program

Gerard Banales oversees the recruitment and admissions process for the Full-Time MBA program at the Rady School of Management.

Before joining the Rady School in 2018, Banales was a student enrollment and financial assistance specialist and CRM/SIS coordinator at a San Diego area vocational school. He led the implementation of new strategies to improve the admissions process and student information system for applicants, staff members and faculty. Banales earned his bachelor’s degree in business economics from UC Riverside and an MEd in Enrollment Management & Policy from the University of Southern California Rossier School of Education.
