Hillary Flocke

Hillary Flocke manages the PhD Program at the Rady School of Management. She is responsible for recruitment, admissions, student advising, fellowship administration for students, and the hiring of teaching assistants.

Prior to managing Rady’s PhD Program, Flocke worked for UCSD’s Divisional Academic Senate, Rady’s Undergraduate Programs, and Rady’s Faculty Support unit. She has a bachelor’s degree from Vassar College and a master’s degree in women’s studies from San Diego State University. She graduated from the Rady FlexMBA program in Summer 2022.
