About the Program

This is the core power connection between the mind, the body and business, resulting in higher energy, greater clarity and enhanced well-being to reach your personal & professional best.  We begin with the “Corporate Triathlete Wellness Assessment” to determine your definition of well-being and establish goals specific to you.  We will unlock the doors to optimal wellness: mind, body, business through posture, energy, exercise, sleep, nutrition, stamina, hydration and create strategies to work through the road blocks that stand in your way.


We will create a customized well-being practice for mind, body and business. You will learn how to create the mindset, healthy habits and performance talk that supports you reaching your potential. You will learn how to link your values to your goals and establish the drivers that keep you on course, as you create your plan for optimal well-being at work and in life. You will create goals and establish habits, specific to you, that set you up to achieve a consistent state of optimal well-being.


Jill Tupper

Jill Tupper M.A., International Speaker / Corporate Wellness Strategist / Stress Management, Mindfulness & Leadership Specialist

Jill’s expertise lies in Corporate Wellness, Keynote Speaking, Corporate Leadership, Media and CEO’s, for audiences and clients ranging from McDonald’s & Coca- Cola, Young Presidents Organization, ongoing segment as TV5 Life & Wellness Expert, Professional & Not for Profit Organizations from Junior League, BOMA and Universities. Her career as an international keynote speaker has spanned 30+ years and has spent 16+ years a wellness executive coach.

Jill has her M.A. in Leadership and B.S. in Occupational Therapy and holds certifications from the Chopra Institute and Martha Beck Institute in meditation and executive coaching. She is presently pursuing her training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction at UCSD’s Center for Mindfulness.

Having worked with people from all socioeconomic levels, Jill has an uncommon ability to connect and relate to everyone she encounters. Her unique combination of academia and real life adventures from marathons, triathlons, climbing Kilimanjaro, working with Mother Teresa’s Missionaries of Charity in Calcutta and Ethiopia and building homes for the impoverished in Tijuana and around the world, set her apart with inspiring stories that bring her presentations to life. Jill is an entrepreneur and mom of two amazing kids.
