The Rady School of Management strategic planning
initiative is currently paused to accommodate the immediate needs of the Rady
School students, faculty, and staff impacted by the evolving COVID-19
situation. Additional updates regarding the project timeline will be

Process Overview:
- The strategic plan creation process is led by the Strategic Planning Steering Committee , supported by the Office of Operational Strategic Initiatives (OSI).
- Input into the process will take place at town hall sessions , stakeholder interviews, focus groups, surveys and market research.
- The goal is to have the strategic plan completed by Fall of 2020.
