Michael has a robust background in traditional banking, having worked at both Bank of America and Wells Fargo. He leverages his finance and banking expertise to analyze financial states, business forecasts, and financial models for ESOP and potential ESOP companies. Michael holds a BS in World Politics with a focus on Economic Development from Ohio State University and Master’s from Harvard University, where he studied Finance. Additionally, he is licensed with the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 certifications.
