Rady School Dean Robert Sullivan Honored As "Director of the Year"
The Rady School's Dean Sullivan has received a "Director of the Year" award from the Corporate Directors Forum, a nonprofit organization founded to promote high standards of professionalism in corporate governance.
Each year, the Corporate Directors Forum honors San Diego's top directors. The purpose of the award is to pay tribute to their outstanding performance in the boardroom and behind the scenes. Honorees are nominated by their boardroom peers to recognize their extraordinary contributions.
Dean Sullivan received the "Director of the Year" award in Corporate Governance for his service as a Director at the Cubic Corporation. The Corporate Governance award is given to a director who has been a leader in guiding the board and executive management in growing the company and maintaining the ethics and conscience of the board.
