Rady School Ranks #1 in San Diego in the QS Global Executive MBA Rankings 2018

Business School Excels in Diversity and Managerial Work Experience

The Rady School of Management at the University of California San Diego was ranked first in San Diego in the QS Global Executive MBA Rankings 2018. The school excelled in the categories of diversity, managerial work experience and career outcomes (salaries and promotions). Overall, it placed 83rd out of 119 global EMBA programs.

The Rady School was recognized as superior in the percentage of female students and the number of nationalities represented, granting the Rady School an almost perfect score in diversity. Compared to other schools, the Rady School ranked higher than the global average in diversity, specifically in female representation in the EMBA program.

The rankings highlighted the average years of work experience at the managerial level and the average years of overall work experience among the class, in which the Rady School received high marks. The Rady School also earned a notable score in the promotions category under the career outcomes indicator, which measures the percentage of the class that earned a promotion within twelve months of graduation.

The QS Global EMBA Rankings are based on Employer Reputation (30%), Academic Reputation (25%), Career Outcomes (20%), Executive Profile (15%), and Diversity (10%).
