She investigates how immigration, terrorism, and policy reforms influence student outcomes, how firms exercise market power and compete in regulated markets, and how congestion pricing affects travel behavior and reduces peak-hour congestion. She has published research in the American Economic Review: Insights, The Economic Journal, the Journal of Human Resources, and Management Science.
