Our Alumni Board

The mission of the Rady Alumni Association is to build lifelong personal and professional relationships among alumni, students, the Rady School, and business leaders through connection, community and contribution. The Rady Alumni Board works to increase the value of the Rady School of Management’s Graduate Degrees and strengthen the Rady Alumni Network.

  • Joshua Kuss

    Joshua Kuss

    Josh has 20 years of experience in commercial and strategy leadership roles within the biotech and consumer tech spaces, with a focus on catalyzing emerging markets and transforming organizations. At Illumina, he was the Global Head of Commercial Strategy, where his teams were responsible for commercial strategic planning, product commercialization, and organizational change management. He holds a Bachelor in Marketing from the University of San Diego, and received his MBA in 2008 from the Rady School of Management, UC San Diego.

  • Haytham Allos

    Haytham Allos

    Haytham Allos is a visionary executive with over 20 years of experience. He is currently the Chief Technology Officer for RealT, specializing in bringing Real Estate fractional ownership to the masses through blockchain. As a respected technology and business leader, Haytham is highly regarded as a key resource, critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver by senior executive customers including Denso Corporation, Pfizer Inc., Hewlett-Packard Company, General Motors Corporation and various government agencies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from UC San Diego, and received his MBA in 2006 from the Rady School of Management, UC San Diego.

  • Katie Baca-Motes

    Katie Baca-Motes

    Katie Baca-Motes leads strategic initiatives for Scripps Research Translational Institute (SRTI), and is co-founder of SRTI’s new Digital Trials Center, focusing on expanding SRTI’s portfolio of decentralized clinical trial initiatives including DETECT, a COVID-19 research initiative, PowerMom, a maternal health research platform, PROGRESS, a T2 Diabetes/Precision Nutrition study, REFRESH, a sleep research platform and The Participant Center for the All of Us Research Program. She has over 13 years of experience managing research projects with SRTI, Walt Disney Company, Aetna, Janssen, and others.  Katie received her MBA in 2009 from the Rady School of Management, UC San Diego.

  • Amy Bernal

    Amy Bernal

    Chair, Recruitment & Marketing Committee
    Amy is a product manager for the consumer group at Intuit, focused on growth via retention. Prior to this round at Intuit (previously worked in tech program management and business operations), she was the Chief Experience Officer at, a San Diego-based start-up that was founded by Rady Alumnus, CEO Suman Kanuganti. Before moving into tech, Amy worked for West Health and the Gary and Mary West Foundation, partnering with organizations to reduce the cost of health care for older adults through technology or preventative care. She is a proud alumna of the Rady School of Management, Flex Evening class of 2014. In her personal time, Amy promotes women in technology through her involvement with Athena, Women Give San Diego, and the Rady accelerator program.

  • Andrea Yoder Clark

    Andrea Yoder Clark

    Dr. Andrea Yoder Clark is a serial entrepreneur and academic at heart. After building and selling the mobile app company LiveGoode, Dr. Yoder Clark joined University of San Diego as the Director of Research and Evaluation at the Jacobs Institute for Innovation in Education at the School of Leadership and Education Studies where she published on the use of machine learning in education. Today, Dr. Yoder Clark teaches Data for Social Good at the University of San Diego in the Knauss Business School and works with Accenture in the Applied Intelligence Practice within the West Market group. Dr. Yoder Clark has her Ph.D. in education from Claremont Graduate University and received her Masters in Business Analytics in 2017 from the Rady School of Management, UC San Diego.

  • Theo Constantouros

    Theo Constantouros

    Theo Constantouros is a Principal Technical Program Manager at Intuit Inc. leading the IT Integration efforts across all Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior to Intuit, he worked as an M&A Strategy Manager at Cisco Systems in the corporate development group, driving revenue and efficiencies by successfully leveraging Cisco’s scale. As a Rady student he served as President of the Rady Student Board, Co-Editor of the Rady Business Journal, and Lead Student Ambassador. He received a BA in Biochemistry from the University of Southern California, with a minor in Biotechnology, and an MBA in 2017 from the Rady School of Management, UC San Diego.

  • Zian (Sinal) Deng

    Zian (Sinal) Deng

    Zian is an experienced professional in the internal audit area. Currently, he is a Senior Risk Advisory Consultant at Grant Thornton's Los Angeles office, focusing on improvement of processes and internal controls for businesses in various industries. Before joining Grant Thornton, Zian was an internal control & compliance analyst at one of the largest US recreational motorcycle distributors. Professional designations he holds include CISA (Certified Information System Auditor), CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), CMA (Certified Management Accountant) and CIA (Certified Internal Auditor). He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine, and earned an MPAc degree in 2021 from the Rady School of Management, UC San Diego.

  • Rakhi Garg

    Rakhi Garg

    Chair, Careers Committee
    Rakhi Garg has over 10 years of experience in healthcare/medical technologies industry. In her current role at Philips Healthcare, she is leading Trilogy ventilation platform for Hospital Respiratory Care. Prior to joining Philips, Rakhi held various product management roles at Becton Dickinson and GE Healthcare. She has also worked for a digital health start-up, Sense4Baby, which was acquired by Airstrip. Rakhi is a physician from India and received her MBA in 2014 from the Rady School of Management, UC San Diego.

  • Jarrod Hammes

    Jarrod Hammes

    Jarrod is Director, Corporate Development at ecoATM. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Adjoin (a California non-profit serving the intellectually and developmentally disabled) and past Treasurer, UC San Diego Alumni Board. Prior to his current role at ecoATM, he was VP of Marketing for IP Video Networks, a San Diego company that provides software and hardware to the IPTV/Cable and Broadcast industry of Europe, Asia and the U.S. While a Rady School student, he provided business case analysis for Motorola during a summer internship. Jarrod received his MBA in 2008 from the Rady School of Management, UC San Diego.

  • Jay Jeon

    Jay Jeon

    Jay is vice president of the Multi-Assets team at Research Affiliates, a quantitative investment firm specializing in smart beta and asset allocation. Jay’s career initially began in the biotech industry as a product engineer focusing on the design and manufacturing of neural interface. Jay began his transition to the finance industry by earning his Master of Finance degree in 2017 from the Rady School of Management at UC San Diego. Jay also holds a B.S. and M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

  • Mimi Kotter

    Mimi Kotter

    Chief of Staff
    Mimi Kotter is a seasoned marketing professional with a background in medical device and energy. Mimi has lead marketing initiatives in small and large organizations like Sempra Energy, NuVasive, and Mainstay Medical. In 2022, Mimi pivoted from corporate marketing and partnered with her sister and two other entrepreneurs to form a wellness and aesthetics clinic. Mimi is a native of San Diego with an undergraduate degree from UC Santa Barbara and received her MBA in 2019 from the Rady School of Management, UC San Diego.

  • Denise Longley

    Denise Longley

    Denise Longley is the Founding Managing Partner at Longley Capital, which is a venture capital firm that invests in meaningful companies at the forefront of emerging technologies. Denise has extensive experience helping companies scale and mitigate risk, both as an investor and operator in the private and public markets. Prior to Longley Capital, Denise was the Business Modeling Leader in Southern California at EY, after spending five years with the firm in NYC building the valuation and financial modeling practice and bringing several new services to market. Denise earned a B.S. in Management Science, magna cum laude, from UC San Diego and an MBA in 2010 from the Rady School of Management, UC San Diego.

  • Bosco Luján

    Bosco Luján

    Past President
    Bosco Luján is a Senior Vice President at Morgan Stanley, where he serves ultra-high-net-worth relationships, Institutional Investors & Family Offices. Bosco is a Certified Portfolio Manager (CPM®), who holds the Family Wealth Director, Portfolio Management Director, Alternative Investments Director, and International Client Advisor designations at Morgan Stanley. He has over 20 years of business experience working in Mexico, New York and California and was listed on Forbes Magazine’s 2021 list for Best-in-State Wealth Advisors in Private Wealth. Bosco also serves on the Rady Dean’s Advisory Council, UC San Diego Alumni Board of Directors, and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Mingei International Museum. He holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Tec de Monterrey, and received his MBA in 2012 from the Rady School of Management, UC San Diego.

  • Keegan McNamara

    Keegan McNamara

    Keegan McNamara is a real estate developer who specializes in urban infill, smart growth developments. Keegan also owns a boutique brokerage and property management company, MV Properties. Keegan oversees the day-to-day strategy and operations of MV Properties. In addition, he advises select clients and investors on real estate investment strategies — as an advisor and co-investor. Keegan is a licensed California real estate broker and is active in the Urban Land Institute. He holds an undergraduate degree in economics and English from Occidental College. Keegan earned an MBA in 2011 from the Rady School of Management at UC San Diego, with a focus on finance.

  • Hiroki “Rocky” Mitsuhashi

    Hiroki “Rocky” Mitsuhashi

    Rocky Mitsuhashi is a President at the US entity of Digital Garage, a Japanese Technology conglomerate that runs fintech, crypto, marketing businesses as well as startup investment globally, and is based in San Francisco since 2020. Prior to that, Rocky was based in Tokyo as an entrepreneur, venture capitalist and management consultant. Rocky co-founded the Rady Japan Website and has been leading the Rady Alumni Tokyo Chapter. Rocky received his MBA in 2008 from the Rady School of Management, UC San Diego.

  • Martin Sabarsky

    Martin Sabarsky

    Martin Sabarsky is CEO of Cellana LLC, a leading developer of algae-based bioproducts, and he’s also a partner at Kirkpatrick & Sabarsky LLP, a San Diego-based transactional law firm. Previously, Martin served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Diversa Corp. (Nasdaq: DVSA), a public biotechnology company. Before Diversa, Martin worked as an investment banker at Bear Stearns, focusing on financings and mergers and acquisitions within the life sciences sector, including Diversa’s $200 million IPO. Before that, Martin worked as a transactional attorney with Latham & Watkins LLP on over $10 billion of transactions in a variety of sectors. Martin has an A.B. in Biology and Political Science from Brown University, a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and he received his MBA in 2002 from the Rady School of Management, UC San Diego.

  • Pierre Sleiman

    Pierre Sleiman

    Pierre Sleiman is Founder & CEO of Go Green Agriculture — a cutting-edge farming business that uses technology to grow organic produce inside climate-controlled greenhouses, year-round. Go Green’s technology allows plants to be grown using up to 80 percent less water and a fifth of the land. Go Green currently produces over half a million heads of lettuce per month, and sells to hundreds of customers such as Costco, Whole Foods, Safeway, Jimbo’s, and many more. Pierre double majored in computer science and business at UC Riverside and received his MBA in 2013 from the Rady School of Management, UC San Diego.

  • Zachary Smith

    Zachary Smith

    Zack Smith is the Vice President of University Development and CEO of the Cal Poly Foundation. Smith oversees ongoing efforts to achieve the university’s philanthropic goals and raise private funds in support of the university’s programs. Smith brings extensive higher education, nonprofit management and fundraising experience to this role. Prior to joining Cal Poly, he served as executive director of development for the Jacobs School of Engineering at UC San Diego where he led the efforts of the external relations staff including major and principal gifts, donor relations, stewardship and events. Before joining the Jacobs School, he served in a similar role at UC San Diego's Rady School of Management as well as in leadership and development roles at the Palomar Health Foundation, the California Western School of Law and Portland State University. Smith earned a Bachelor’s Degree in criminology and criminal justice from Portland State University and an MBA at the Rady School of Management at UC San Diego.
