Graduate Programs for Professional Development
Empower your emerging leaders with flexible graduate programs designed for working professionals:
  • Executive MBA: A 21-month hybrid program for senior professionals (10+ years of experience). Combines weekend in-person classes with asynchronous coursework, focusing on leadership and executive-level business acumen.
  • Flex Evening MBA: A 24–30 month program for early to mid-career professionals. Evening weekday classes allow students to balance work and studies.

MBA Capstone (Rady Action Projects)

Ideal for: Business challenges requiring strategic insights, planning, and execution.

  • Teams of 4–6 students, guided by faculty, dedicate 10 hours/week over 8 weeks.
  • Regular check-ins ensure alignment with your objectives.
  • Deliverables: Final presentation + Executive Summary.
  • Project timeline: January–March or March–June.

Ideal for: Data-intensive business questions requiring analytics, AI, or machine learning.

  • Teams of 4 students, guided by faculty, work 10 hours/week for 8 weeks.
