About the U.S.-Israel Center on Innovation and Economic Sustainability

The U.S.-Israel Center on Innovation and Economic Sustainability (U.S.-Israel Center) empowers entrepreneurs in San Diego and Israel to jointly examine and address factors in the success of startup companies, innovation, and sustainability. The U.S.-Israel Center organizes two immersion programs, one for Rady School students to experience and learn about the Israeli market and culture, and one that brings students from the Rady School and Israel together to immerse themselves in San Diego's startup environment.

The creative collaboration fostered by the center has the potential to make a significant global economic impact.

Established in 2012, the U.S.-Israel Center pairs Rady School of Management students with graduate students from a collection of Israeli universities, including:

  • Tel Aviv University
  • Hebrew University
  • Technion - Israel Institute of Technology
  • Beer Sheva University
  • IDC Herzliya
