Career Fairs If you are looking for broad access to a diverse range of student talent, career fairs will meet that need. Interact with students via group sessions or meet high potential candidates through 1:1 sessions.

 Company Information Sessions/Office Hours – For a more targeted option to provide an overview of your company and opportunities, request a company information session. As an add-on, include office hours so you can network with students individually or in small groups.

Coffee Chats – If you are looking for a casual way to connect with Rady talent from specialized programs, setting up a coffee chat session will allow you to have informal conversations with targeted student groups while enjoying a delicious beverage.

Networking Events/Mixers – An excellent way to gain access to relevant talent would be to host a networking event or mixer. This allows you to build relationships with next gen talent in a way that allows for more in-depth conversations and follow up.

Tabling on the Patio – Building your company’s brand on campus is an important first step in securing top talent. Join us on the patio to gain visibility with students and provide information about your company and opportunities.
