Selina graduated from the Master of Quantitative Finance program at the University of California, San Diego in 2024. She joined Beyster as a Graduate Student Associate in 2024 and became a full-time consultant in 2025. She received her Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics. Her previous experiences include Corporate Finance & Restructuring internship at FTI Consulting in Shanghai and Finance internship at China Merchants Bank. She’s an inspiring young professional dedicated to utilizing her finance skills to facilitate ESOP transactions, empowering business owners to achieve impactful outcomes, and helping companies confidently navigate the ESOP structure.
