Audrey Phillips

Director of MBA Admissions and Recruitment

Audrey Phillips oversees prospective student advising, recruitment activities and assistance for MBA applicants during the application process. She also supports the admissions committee during the application review process.

Prior to joining the Rady School in 2020, Phillips worked in the undergraduate admissions department of Salem College in North Carolina. She was a high school teacher in New York City as part of the Teach for America program. Phillips earned her bachelor’s degree in International Studies and German from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master’s degree in Education from the Bank Street College of Education.
