Nancy Serrano

Nancy Serrano is responsible for recruiting and admitting applicants to the Flex MSBA program of the Rady School of Management. She provides academic advising to enrolled students from admission through graduation. She monitors their academic progress and works with faculty to address academic performance issues.

Prior to joining the Rady School in 2020, Serrano worked for more than two decades in higher education and advising. She also had a career in radio focused on the Hispanic market in the Los Angeles and San Diego areas. Serrano earned her bachelor’s degree in English from UC Irvine and a master’s degree in teaching and learning with technology.
