We are committed to removing systemic barriers that impede equity, and providing opportunities for all to succeed and thrive.

Making all students feel included at institutions of higher learning is extremely important to me as a first generation high school and college graduate. As Dean of the Rady School of Management at UC San Diego, I am proud to work alongside faculty, staff, and students who are passionate about advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Our beliefs are reflected in our teaching, research, and student life. We work together to ensure our course materials and teaching methods are inclusive. We are proud that our faculty are researching the impact of equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace. In recruiting a diverse, international Rady community, we all thrive from learning alongside peers from different backgrounds.

At Rady, we believe that promoting diversity and ensuring equity and inclusion is not just a morally right choice, but a smart choice. It makes our graduates more creative, more productive, and more successful in their careers.
