The Rady Action Project (RAP) provides a unique opportunity for MBA students to work directly with companies to create high impact business solutions. Put theory into practice and integrate the learning from your core courses in a consulting project. Each consulting project is specifically designed to address the company’s real-world business needs, allowing you to leverage your analytical skillset, independent thinking and a fresh perspective to solve a specific business problem or explore an untapped opportunity.
RAP will teach you how to use the analytical frameworks and tools of your MBA education to:
Working in teams, you will co-create solutions with your industry partners, helping to build the business case for new investments, technology deployment, and operational strategies. Along the way you will likely pursue some ideas that turn out not to be viable, and if an idea fails, you'll write a solid business case describing your evaluation and your learning and start again.
