Lorenzo is an experienced industrial engineer with a Master of Science in Real Estate. With over 20 years of leadership in the real estate industry, he has effectively developed strategies to enhance shareholder value and has played a significant role in guiding his company’s strategic direction. His leadership has been instrumental in upholding high ESG standards and leading the company’s NYSE listing in 2023.

Throughout his career, Lorenzo has strengthened his expertise in business development and financial strategy, driving the growth of a publicly listed company. His oversight of capital raising and financing initiatives has ensured sustained growth for the company, while his efforts in defining operational objectives and nurturing client relationships have maintained operational excellence across the portfolio.

Beyond his executive roles, Lorenzo is a dedicated contributor to various advisory boards and industry organizations, where his insights help shape the future of education and economic development. He has served as President and continues to serve on the board of AMPIP, and he is actively involved with Corazon Capital, the American School Foundation in Mexico City, YPO Chapter Mexico, and Nexxus Mexico Consultive Council, among others. Recently, Lorenzo joined the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate’s Policy Advisory Board at the University of San Diego and the Dean’s Advisory Council at UC San Diego Rady School of Management.

Fluent in Spanish, English, and German, he brings a global perspective to his work and maintains a rich personal life with his wife Mariana and their four children, enjoying sports like cycling, tennis, sailing, golf, and skiing.
