Mimi Kotter, MBA ’19 is an accomplished marketing expert with experience in the medical device and energy sectors spanning various roles in renowned organizations such as Sempra Energy and NuVasive. In 2022, Mimi embarked on a transformative journey away from the corporate realm joining forces with her sister and two visionary entrepreneurs to establish a cutting-edge wellness and aesthetics clinic pushing boundaries and delivering innovative solutions in the healthcare and beauty industries. A proud native of San Diego, Mimi holds an undergraduate degree from UC Santa Barbara and earned an MBA in 2019 from the Rady School of Management. Mimi serves as president of the Rady Alumni Board.
