Courtney Miklusak

Courtney Miklusak is the senior director of career coaching for Flex MBA students at the Rady School of Management. She leads the efforts of her team to best prepare students for their career management and development.

Prior to joining Rady in 2022, Miklusak led and managed career services at the California Western School of Law. Along with career coaching, she was responsible for employer development, professional development, student and alumni programming, placement reporting and the solo practice incubator program. She is a licensed attorney in the state of California and has practiced civil litigation and transactional law for seven years, working in small and medium size private law firms in business, real estate, finance, construction and professional malpractice. Miklusak holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law.
