Data & Operations Specialist

Stephanie Sperow is responsible for the technology and data reporting processes of the Career Management Center at the Rady School of Management. Prior to joining Rady in 2022, she worked at an outpatient mental health clinic where she collaborated with the executive team to build procedures and protocols for staff and clinicians. In the course of her career, Sperow has studied data analytics and become proficient in programming languages, creating reports and dashboards. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
