Nelitza Morales

Nelitza Morales provides career coaching to MSBA students at the Rady School of Management by helping them establish career goals and navigate the career management process for desired outcomes.

Prior to joining Rady in 2022, Morales worked as a career coach at General Assembly (GA), a tech bootcamp for those seeking to gain new skills and embark on new careers. She taught students about the value of personal branding and assisted them with resume reviews, mock interviews and salary negotiation. She has also worked as a program advisor at TRIO Achievers SSS, a national retention program aimed at serving first-generation, underrepresented students at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Morales has a bachelor’s degree in human development from California State University Long Beach and master’s degree in higher education counseling and student affairs from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
