Mitchell Kam

Mitchell Kam collaborates with the executive directors of the MBA and graduate master's degree programs at the Rady School of Management to cultivate and develop industry relationships and corporate partnerships. He consults with regional, national, and international employers to customize and enhance their recruiting efforts to connect them with top-tier Rady student and alumni talent.

Prior to coming to the Rady School in 2020, Kam served as the director of career and employer development at Case Western Reserve University's (CWRU) Weatherhead School of Management. His previous experience also includes career services counseling and employer development roles at various institutions of higher learning including CWRU School of Law, University of Houston Bauer College of Business, the University of Texas McCombs School of Business, the University of Texas School of Law and Willamette University College of Law. He managed graduate recruiting programs and international staffing at the San Francisco office of Charles Schwab. Kam has a bachelor’s degree from UCLA, Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and an MBA from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.
