Greg Figueroa

Greg helps lead Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) initiatives at the Rady School of Management, advancing the School’s mission to promote inclusive excellence and community engagement. He provides strategic oversight for programs such as the Business and Economics Mentoring Program (BEMP), the Summer Institute for Emerging Managers and Leaders (SIEML), the California Leadership Institute (CaLI), and Skillbuilding for the Inclusive Professional (SIP). In addition to his leadership work, Greg lectures and facilitates sessions in the SIP program, guiding graduate students in developing inclusive leadership and teamwork skills.

Before joining UC San Diego, Greg served as Executive Director at Bright Horizons and on the management team at the Harlem Children’s Zone. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Hunter College, a dual master’s in Teaching from Fordham University, and an MBA from UC San Diego.
