Advising

Meet with an Advisor

Rady Undergraduate advisors are available for virtual and in-person drop-in advising and appointments. Please review the schedule below. We look forward to meeting with you!

Note: Drop-in advising hours will return on the first day of classes.

Remote Drop-In Hours:
Students may access remote Drop-In Advising through the Virtual Advising Center (VAC), under the Meet with Advisor section.

  • Wednesdays: 1pm - 3pm through the VAC
  • Thursdays: 1pm - 3pm through the VAC

In-Person Drop-In Hours:
For in-person drop-ins, we are located in Otterson Hall, 2nd floor, Undergraduate Programs Suite 2E008. If you are coming from the Ridgewalk, we are located directly across from the RIMAC Annex, to the right ofthe East Elevators.

  • Tuesdays: 10am - 12pm in Otterson 2E008
  • Thursdays: 1pm - 3pm in Otterson 2E008

To schedule a virtual or an in-person appointment with a Rady advisor, please send a VAC message to the Rady School of Management through the Ask a Question section. Once we have confirmed a date and time, we will send over the Zoom Appointment or office location information. Rady advisors are not available in-person on Fridays. If you are in a different time zone and are unavailable during our typical advising hours, please let us know.

Virtual Advising Center

Current UC San Diego students:
For student confidentiality purposes, please submit your questions via the VAC. An advisor will respond in 1–3 business days.

Non-UC San Diego students:
