Sheila Garczynski

Sheila Garczynski provides administrative support for the academic programs served by the graduate student affairs team at the Rady School of Management as well as assistance for various events and activities.

Prior to joining the Rady School in 2022, Garczynski worked for five years at the Waldorf School of San Diego. She served as the communication coordinator and provided administrative support to faculty. Her previous work experience also includes more than 20 years in retail management. Garczynski has a bachelor’s degree in design and merchandising from Drexel University.
