Ross Cordova

Graduate Program Advisor- Flex MBA

Ross Cordova is responsible for supporting students in the FlexEvening and FlexWeekend MBA programs. He monitors the academic progression of students toward graduation and advises them on how to resolve academic difficulties. He is responsible for course scheduling, registration and documentation related to graduation. Cordova keeps students and faculty informed about academic policies, grading policies and deadlines.

 Prior to joining the Rady School in 2019, Cordova worked for 10 years at Ashford University in a variety of admissions and student services roles. He served as the first advising manager at the school’s Phoenix, AZ location where he interviewed, hired, trained and managed more than 30 new advisors. Cordova earned his bachelor’s degree in English and master’s degree in education from Ashford University.
