Jon Valencia

Jon Valencia brings extensive leadership and program management experience to the Rady School of Management. Before joining Rady in 2015, he served as a Senior Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy, leading teams, mentoring junior officers and providing technical expertise to administrators. At Rady, he has provided executive-level support in the Dean’s Office and managed operations, financials and course programs at the Beyster Institute. He now supports Graduate Student Affairs, contributing to instructional planning, managing ESOP educational courses and assisting the associate dean of academic programs.  Jon Valencia holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne.
