Kenneth Bates is a marketing professor with research interests in risky behavior, consumer bias in decision making, gamification, and nutrition information provision. In practice, he focuses on turning consumer insights into effective communication strategies for building meaningful brands. He has taught a variety of marketing courses including product marketing, advertising and promotion, consumer behavior, marketing strategy, and marketing research.
