Parth Bhatt

Parth Bhatt is the Chief Deputy Treasurer and Chief Investment Officer for the San Bernardino County (SBC) Treasury. He manages about $14.2 billion in fixed income assets at the County and is responsible for implementing overall investment strategy, credit strategy and trading. Prior to joining the SBC, he served as a portfolio manager for the County of Orange where he managed more than nine billion in money market funds and short duration bond funds. He has also worked on the portfolio management team of Chandler Asset Management in the Assistant Portfolio Manager and Portfolio Management Associate roles managing various fixed income strategies. Parth has extensive experience in managing various types of taxable and tax-exempt fixed income strategies. He is a board member of California State University, Fullerton's Titan Capital Management Program.
