Alison B. Meyer

Alison B. Meyer began her career as Accounting and Operations Consultant of her own independent consulting firm in San Francisco and Zurich, Switzerland, while also performing as a professional actor. After 14 years, she moved to Apple, Inc., where she held progressive leadership positions for its web, television and independent film departments. In 2011, while still at Apple, she established Unconditional Leadership, LLC,. As Leadership Coach and Educator, she develops custom leadership development programs and curricula for clients, such as Microsoft, Salesforce, Apple, Ubisoft, Mozilla, PayPal, Google, Nest, Ziff-Davis, Sandia National Labs, Berkeley Lab Foundation, UC Berkeley, CreatorDeck, Hydrostasis, as well as individual clients. Ms. Meyer began teaching at Rady in 2016, while also holding a concurrent lecturer position at Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley. She continues to teach undergraduates and graduate students as a Continuing Lecturer at both Rady and Haas and regularly develops new courses and instructional materials that align with Rady’s curriculum. Ms. Meyer has won several “Excellence in Teaching” awards, mentors and advises many students throughout the academic year, and serves on Rady’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.
