Wade Lindenberger

Wade Lindenberger, CPA (inactive) has over 25 years of executive, finance and ethics experience in public, private and Fortune 500 companies. In 2015, he was awarded CFO of the Year for the San Diego Not-for-Profit sector. Currently, he owns Lindenberger Consulting. He has created several online courses and currently serves as a Continuing Lecturer at the Rady where he teaches Advanced Accounting, Financial Statement Analysis, Personal Ethics at Work and Personal Financial Management undergraduate classes and Accounting Ethics for the MPAc program. He is also the faculty advisor of the Undergraduate Accounting Society and a member of the Rady Undergraduate Curriculum Committee. He was honored to receive the MPac program Excellence in Teaching honor for 2019-2020 and the Most Valuable Professor award for 2022-2023.

Wade has authored several articles addressing important financial, ethics and human resource topics and has been a speaker at several conferences and business meetings on finance, human resources, ethics and other emerging business issues. He provides ethics consulting services to companies. He is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeeper Advisory Board, the American Institute of CPAs and the California Society of CPAs. In his spare time, he has co- authored multiple books and is an avid musician and composer. A San Diego native, he lives in Carmel Valley with his wife Kayoko and their Pembroke Welsh Corgi Sugar.
