Louis Jean Dunn

Dunn is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Structure Finance Associates, LLC, which provides financing for commercial and industrial property owners to facilitate their acquisition of energy efficiency, solar, and alternative energy systems. Dunn is also active in the acquisition and conversion of office buildings into data centers and bioscience facilities. Before that, Dunn served in a myriad of leadership roles with Interstar Technology Group, Chiron Global Systems Group, PMR Corporation, Elemental Software, Inc., Eco Soils Systems, Inc., Southern California Reproductive Center, and corporate consulting. Since 2007, he has taught multiple courses at Rady, and each quarter he mentors and offers career advising to 20+ students. Mr. Dunn also provides counseling, such as reviewing business plans, advising on corporate structure and business model, and making introductions to Angel investors for students forming or preparing to form start-up companies.
