Kathleen Hedges

Kathleen Hedges is the President and CEO of Program Management and Controls, LLC, providing in-depth analysis of corporate strategy, guidance for strategic planning, and program and project management support to a wide variety of for-profit and not-for-profit companies. 

Her career began as a research assistant at RAND Corporation developing graphical computer programs for the Defense Nuclear and Defense Intelligence Agencies. Ms. Hedges then moved on to the Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) where she successfully moved up in the ranks serving as Research Associate, Project Controller, Program Business Manager, Corporate Director of Project Controls, and finally Senior Vice President and Corporate Director of Program Execution. 

Ms. Hedges has been teaching for the undergraduate program at the Rady School of Management since 2010, often co-teaching with her colleague, Rebecca Royal. She is also a lecturer in risk management at Defense Acquisition University.
