Profile
Chris Whitlock received an MBA from George Mason University and an MA in National Security Studies from Georgetown. He focused on analytics, machine learning, and AI through his thirty-year consulting career. After retiring from Deloitte Consulting, where he led Advanced Analytics and AI for the public sector, he began teaching executive education courses on generative AI for commercial and government clients. He is the co-author of the 2022 volume, Winning the National Security AI Competition: A Practical Guide for Government and Industry Executives. He is completing a new book entitled American Roulette: America's Grand Gamble on AI, expected summer 2026.
