Profile
Sue Padernacht is the founder of Ncline Leadership Strategies, a management consulting firm serving hundreds of client organizations, from multinational corporations to start-ups, representing a wide variety of industries. She also serves as a Continuing Lecturer of Organization and Management at UC Irvine’s Merage School of Business, where she has taught since 2005. Previously, she taught at Loyola Marymount University-Los Angeles, UCLA and Cal Poly Pomona, and was a professional speaker with Vistage International, the world’s largest CEO and executive development organization. Dr. Padernacht earned a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California.
