Profile
Joseph M. Ocampo was trained as social and personality psychologist at UC Berkeley and is currently a postdoctoral researcher and lecturer at Rady School of Management. His current research focuses on the social factors that contribute to student & trainee success in STEM fields. In particular, he is interested in how mentors and peers create positive work experiences, work motivation, professional identification, and successful STEM careers for students and trainees. Prof. Ocampo has lectured on topics related to quantitative analysis, culture, and social behavior at UC Berkeley and Rady School of Management.
